Company Members & AGM
Membership of our Company is by application and is approved by the Board of Directors. Application is open to representatives of affiliated athletic clubs and councils, life members, company directors and other individuals and organisations.
Our Articles of Association and Byelaws describe the eligibility for Company Membership and the rights of Company Members to receive notices, attend General Meetings to speak and vote in person or by proxy.
To apply for Company Membership representing an affiliated club, please complete the Nomination for Company Membership form online or alternatively print & post the PDF version.
The Board ensures that minutes of General Meetings of the company are kept and maintains registers of Clubs and Company Members. You can view these below:
