Zoe oversees the official’s pathway (assistant official – level 3) and coordinates all official training across Wales. Working with clubs and regions to recruit and retain their volunteer/official workforce. She joined the Welsh Athletics team in 2018, previously worked for IRONMAN UK in Athlete services.
