Aspiration as a coach: 

As a coach, I initially aspire to pass on my enthusiasm and love of the sport to young athletes, to help

them improve their performances, have confidence in their own ability and be proud of themselves.

My long term aim as a coach will be to empower young athletes to remain in the sport for a long time

and enjoy themselves as they compete for their club or possibly on a more elite level.
