Adam is the Lead Performance Physiotherapist within the performance team at Welsh Athletics. His role is to oversee the provision and delivery of physiotherapy and support services to athletes on a British Athletics or Welsh Athletics support programme.  Adam joined us in 2015 having working as the senior first team physiotherapist at Cardiff City FC and holds a Masters in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy from Cardiff University. Adam yw’r Ffisiotherapydd Perfformiad Arweiniol yn nhîm perfformiad Athletau Cymru. Ei swydd yw goruchwylio darpariaeth gwasanaeth ffisiotherapi a chymorth i athletwyr sydd ar raglen gymorth Athletau Cymru neu British Athletics. Ymunodd Adam â ni yn 2015 ar ôl bod yn gweithio fel uwch ffisiotherapydd y tîm cyntaf yng nghlwb Pêl-droed Dinas Caerdydd ac mae ganddo radd Meistr mewn Ffisiotherapi Chwaraeon ac Ymarfer Corff o Brifysgol Caerdydd.
