ENTRY FEE: £5 Per athlete

MAXIMUM EVENTS: ALL entriants 3 individual events plus relay permitted

EVENT CONDITIONS: ALL athletes can only take part in 1 distance race on the day

FIELD TRIALS: ALL field athletes with the exception of High Jump have 3 trials. 

RELAYS - only team managers are permitted to add these after individual entries close

U11B - 75m (40), 150m (32), 800m (24), Long Jump (24), Javelin (16) 
U11G - 75m (40), 150m (32), 800m (24), Long Jump (24), Javelin (16)
NOTE: U11 Cannot run all 3 track events, 800m is the max distance in 1 day 75+150 or just 800
U13B - 100m (40), 200m (32), 1500m (20), High Jump (16), Shot Put (16), Javelin (16)
U13G - 100m (40), 200m (32), 1500m (20), High Jump (16), Shot Put (16), Javelin (16)
U15B - 100m (40), 200m (32), 1500m (20), Long Jump (24), Discus (16), Hammer (8)
U15G - 100m (40), 200m (32), 1500m (20), Long Jump (24), Discus (16), Hammer (8)
