The Secondary Online workshop is based on the NEW Teaching  Athletics Run JumpThrow resource (which every candidate will receive free as part of the online workshop) and demonstrates teaching progression across secondary age groups in both generic and athletics specific running, jumping and throwing activities.

The workshop which is delivered online, and across 3 x 2 hour sessions, is aimed at qualified and trainee teachers and those supporting the management and delivery of high quality sport and physical education within Secondary Schools and Collages. Our workshop aims to give teachers and others working within education, the knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to deliver enjoyable and engaging lessons that focus on encouraging maximum participation and increasing understanding, skill acquisition, fitness and enjoyment of the participant.

Session 1: 19th June 2023 16.00 - 18.00

Session 2: 26rd June 2023 16.00 - 18.00

Session 3:   3rd July  2023 16.00 - 18.00
