1 Event = £11.00, 2 Events = £20.00, 3 Events = £28.00, 4 Events = £35.00 5 Events = £41.00, 6 Events = £46.00.

Senior:
1 Event = £13.00, 2 Events = £22.00, 3 Events = £30.00, 4 Events = £37.00, 5 Events = £43.00, 6 Events = £48.00.

Entry

Gates will open at 8:30am on both event days.Entry into the venue is via Gate ‘A’ alongside the stadium’s main entrance.

  • Spectators - on entry please be ready to pay and receive hand stamp - card payment only please:
    • Adults £5 ( £8 for weekend pass for both days)
    • Family £12 ( 2 adults, 2 children U16)
    • U11s Free
  • Athletes should proceed directly to registration which is situated in the far left of the grandstand – via Block 2.
  • Coaches should please register here in advance and pick up accreditation at the welcome desk

Parking

Parkling at the stadium is very limited and is now Pay & Display - £1 for the day. We have secured additional parking at the Cardiff City stadium opposite via Fred Keenor Way (entrance next to Sandmartin Pub), so please consider using this first. The venue is accessible by public transport via Ninian Park train station [5 mins walk] or the no.95 bus.

Photography / Images

There will be photographers & press attending the event and taking photo's and video footage of the event. Images from Day One are now available for free here 


EVENT INFORMATION

  • All U15 FIELD events will have 3 trials
  • All Senior FIELD events will have 3+3 trials unless there are only 8 per event in which case they will have a straight 6 trials.
  • Any event that has heats set on the day, where not enough athletes register for those heats, they then become a straight final at that heat time.
  • There may be a need for for three rounds of competition for the sprint events with heats, semi-finals and final but this is entirely dependant on entry numbers and will not be known until entries close.

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
