No athlete will compete in more than THREE individual events and a relay in one meeting.
I. Under 11 athletes can compete in no more than two track and one field, two field and one track or
three field, a maximum distance of 1000m on the track, not including a relay
II. Under 13 athletes only are permitted to compete in only one distance event from 800m, 1500m or 1k
Walk, with maximum of 1500m in one day on the track. Also they are permitted to compete in 100m,
200m and or 800m as it doesn’t exceed the 1500m maximum distance, also not including a relay
III. Under 15 athletes only are permitted to compete in only one distance event from 800m, 1500m or 1k
Walk, with maximum of 3000m in one day on the track UKA Rule 107 only permits U15 athletes to take
part in ONE middle distance event. Also they are permitted to compete in any sprint of 100m, 200m &
or 300m and 800m distance race
