RACE 1 - TIME: 12:00pm. Under 15– Born 2009, 2010 & 2011. Minimum  Age 12 years on race day.

• DISTANCE/HEIGHT: 4.5km/160m. Large loop only.

RACE 2 - TIME: 12:30pm. Under 17 – Born 2007 & 2008

• DISTANCE/HEIGHT: 6.89km/276m. One small and one large loop

RACE 3 - TIME: 1:15pm. Under 20 Born 2004, 2005 & 2006

• DISTANCE/HEIGHT: 8.70km/345m. Two small loops and one large loop.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The race will incorporate the U17 & U20 Junior Home Nations Trials.
