The course is an out and back route with the majority run on tarmac paths incorporating the Taff Trail. The course is well marshalled and sign posted and is suitable for runners of all abilities with water stations at the 4k and 6k mark .Minimum age 16yrs on day of race, not suitable for wheelchairs.
