AGE GROUPS: U11, U13, U15, U17, U20 and Seniors plus Masters.

ENTRY FEES: £4 per event. Athletes can enter a maximum of 3 events

EVENT TIME: Time: 11:00 - 17:00

TRACK EVENTS: 75m/100m, 150m/200m, 300m/400m, Sprint Hurdles

FIELD EVENTS: Pools - Long Jump x3, Triple Jump x1, High Jump x2, Pole Vault x2, Shot Put x1, Javelin x1, Discus x1, Hammer x1 (4 trials each for all throws and horizontal jumps)

NOTE: Limited spaces are available in each event. 4 trials for throws and horizontal jumps.

AGE GROUPS

• U11 Boys & Girls = School Years 4 & 5 (Must be 9 on day of competition)
• U13 Boys & Girls = School Years 6 & 7
• U15 Boys & Girls = School Years 8 & 9
• U17 Men & Women = School Years 10 & 11
• U20 Men & Women = School Years 12, 13 & 14
• Seniors = School Years 15 to infinity
