RACE DESCRIPTION

Swansea Half Marathon will return on June 11th 2023. Starting at the city’s biggest landmarks, Swansea Arena. Runners will take to closed roads through the city, taking in the historic sites of the Brangwyn Hall, castle ruins and Wales’ oldest museum, turning onto the magnificent stretch that leads to the village of Mumbles where participants will see the lighthouse and RNLI station in the distance. On the return, the route takes participants along the coastal path taking in the incredible views of Swansea bay.   

The course remains to be flat and fast with fantastic PB potential. Winning several accolades over the years it is a favourite amongst runners of all abilities.
