Location: Cardiff International Sports Campus, CF11 8AZ 

Race Description: An opportunity for sprinters to compete in optimum conditions with the wind on your back. Plus, the event will provide additional opportunities to compete for field athletes.

Entries Close: Sunday 1st May at 23:59. There will be no entries on the day

We are looking for volunteers to help on the field if you can help please email Sue Hooper.

• High jump Pool 1 - up to 1.49 pb, Pool 2 - 1.50m pb and above
• Long jump Pool 1 up to 3.99m pb Pool 2 4.00m pb adn above
• Shot put - Male & Female
• Discus - Male
• Hammer - Male
• Javelin - Male & Female
