Athletes must have one of the following qualifications:
A: - Birth; the athlete having been born in North Wales.
B: - Residence; a minimum of 9 months continuous residence in North Wales immediately prior to this event.

An athlete who has competed in a Regional Championship or represented a Region in an inter-regional event
may not compete in the championships of, nor represent another region, in the same year of competition. -
No U13 or U15 athlete is allowed to compete in more than one race between 600 metres and one mile inclusive on the same day.”

AWARDS: Medals to the top 3 in each event and age group

VESTS: Athletes must wear either their club, school, regional or National vest.
