North Wales Indoor 300m Championships incorporated into Sale Harriers Open Meeting

As part of the 2019 North Wales Indoor Championships event, Welsh Athletics have teamed up with Sale Harriers to utilise their open competitions to include various events which will be counted as North Wales Championships events.

These events will take place within the Sale Harriers Open Meetings due to the restrictions of having a 60m track at Deeside, and therefore the 200m, 300m and 600m events will be added to the Open Meetings as North Wales Championship Events. 

The Championship events will take place on the following dates:

Sunday 10th March, 2019 - 300m (U15 age groups and above)

The events will take place at the Manchester Regional Arena (Sportcity) and will start at approximately 1:30pm, with events running in order of oldest age group first (Senior down to U15's)
