(This event is run and organised by Cardiff Met not Welsh Athletics)

Grand Prix 2 Non Thomas Open incorporating BMC 800m & 1500m races
also incorporating Welsh Masters Championships for 60m, 200m & 300m

BMC Races should be entered directly through the BMC website: Fixtures - British Milers Club

Entries will close on Thursday 11 January (or when entries reach capacity)

Event listing: 60m, 60m hurdles, 200m, 300m, BMC 800m & 1500m, HJ, PV, LJ, TJ, SP

Age Groups: U17, U20, Senior

Maximum of 3 events per athlete

Hurdles will run over senior heights only; Shot will run with senior implement weights only

Field Event Trials: All athletes recieve 4 trials; top 6 will recieve an additional 2 trials (exception for vertical jumps)
Minimum board of 9m in Triple Jump
Long Jump board - 3m
