The Kymin Dash is a challenging and very scenic 7 mile race, straight up to the top of the Kymin above Monmouth, and back down on a long scenic loop of the Wye Valley.

Spirit of Monmouth Running Club are proud to present this race for the 9th year following on from the continued success and growth of previous years.

Registration and the finish are at Monmouth School Sports Club (MSSC) and the start is 15 minutes walk from registration. The course (and the route to the start) will be well marshaled and there will be 2 water stations. 

All finishers will receive a memento.
