ENTRY FEE / PRIS: £8 per athlete

- Maximum of 3 individual events plus the relay.
- Three trials each in all field events
- Athletes to enter individual events online. There is a limit set for all track (40) and field (32) events on offer.
- Team managers enter relay teams in each age group and gender, on the day.
