Distance: Senior Race: 2 miles. Junoir Races: U14 1km, U16 2km, U18 3km

Description: Fast and furious straight out & back course covering 2miles and 1000ft of ascent. Terrain is exclusively fast, grassy and steep. Sound navigational skills are required in the event of bad weather and full kit & map maybe requested dependant on forecasted weather conditions. Race route is unmarked with one marshal at the summit/turning point.
Junior race is on an adjacent looped course covering 1km/330ft, again on fast grassy terrain. Junior race is well marked and will be Marshalled starting and finishing in same place as senior race. Suitable footwear with robust grip is essential as descent when wet can be very slippery. Parking is available in lay by next to start but can be be limited, alternative parking can be found 0.5mile further Down A470 at Pont ar Daf. Toilets can be found at Pont ar Daf car park. If using this car park please take extreme care when crossing the A470 as this is a very busy major road.
