Elan Valley Virtual 10 Mile Road Race 2020

Charity event for Rhayader St Johns Ambulance.

Sadly due to Covid-19, our annual 10 mile race planned for November is cancelled. However we are delighted to announce that you can run our 10 mile race virtually! 

How does it it work?

Entries are being taken through Entry Central up until Midnight on Friday 20^nd November.

Run 10 miles on a route of your choice on Saturday November 21st or Sunday 22nd November. We are not monitoring ascent or descent so just run your favourite route uphill or downhill!

Keep track of your mileage and time using whatever method you choose (Strava, Garmin, Nike Fitness or Tom tom etc.).

Submit evidence (screenshots) to rhayaderrunningclub@gmail.com by midnight on Sunday 22nd November. The evidence must be of elapsed/race time and not just the moving time.

Please be aware that we are not offering any medals or prizes.

Full results with age categories will be published on Rhayader Running Club website.

Cost?

Just £5 plus a 50 pence Entry Central admin fee. All the money we receive will be donated to Rhayader St Johns Ambulance who have been an essential part of all our races for decades.

When running please follow all Covid-19 current guidance from the government and apply social distancing to stay clear/give priority to pedestrians.
