36th annual 40 miles incorporating the 33rd annual Welsh Champs. Long running track ultra in the UK.
6th annual marathon.
28 entries accepted in total from all parts of the UK, including 20 in the marathon. This race has historically been a major selection event for upcoming international competition, and this is the case again.
Over 60 world best performances have been set here, and 3 Barry champions have gone on to win global 100 km titles - Carolyn Hunter-Rowe (1993), Simon Pride (1999) and Lizzy Hawker (2006).
