The 26th Aberystwyth Charity 10k, sponsored by the Cambrian News, will take place on Sunday 1st December at 13:00.
The Aberystwyth Charity 10k is a fast, flat race following roads and paths around the town that takes runners along the promenade, through the harbour, and around the Rheidol river's edge to finish back on the promenade. All proceeds of the race go to charity raising around £6,000 a year for local charities, with significantly larger amounts being raised by runners collecting sponsorship for their own charities.
