Telford 10km
A notoriously fast course, Telford 10km proved quick once again, with Abed Teweldebrhan (Newport Harriers) coming home fifth in a lifetime best of 29.17 ahead of Dan Nash (Cardiff) who also ran a new personal best of 29:23. Michael Ward (Cardiff) followed him close behind, also with a PB, stopping the clock at 29:33. Full results can be found here.
Vale of Clwyd Half Marathon
The Vale of Clwyd Half Marathon took place this weekend in the village of Llandyrnog. A tough and challenging course reflected the winning times, with Tom Gunby and Owain Llyr taking the top spots, running 86:40 and 93:23 respectively. Full results can be found here.
European Cross Country Championships
Over in Dublin, Cari Huges (Cardiff), Osian Perrin (Menai) and Jenny Nesbitt (Cardiff) competed at the European Cross Country Championships, each coming back with a team medal. A full round up of the day can be found here.
