#SupportYourClub

This week, the #SupportYourClub features some clubs that have been innovating and engaging with their members; using technology and the power of the sport to spread some positivity during these uncertain times.

Cardiff Athletics:

The club have been using technology to help keep their members engaged with a range of engaging interviews and features. The latest interview features international endurance specialist Matt Clowes and Commonwealth athlete and new Welsh athletics Virtual 5k champion Ieuan Thomas.

Further information can be found on the club's Facebook page

TROTS:

Virtual Club Challenge: In the last few weeks the club has engaged in a series of club challenges and to celebrate VE Day the West Wales club were looking to run 750 miles in 48 hours raising money for CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) a total that the club smashed and as a result have raised over £750 to date.
