Competing for Cardiff AAC, Lauren Evans competes in the Heptathlon. A discipline which combines seven events over two days, Lauren takes on the 100m hurdles, high jump, shot put, 200m sprint, long jump, javelin throw, and 800m to gain a total score for the heptathlon. Having recently been selected to compete at this years Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, hear how Lauren got into the sport and what she is looking forward to this summer!
