Taking place on September 3rd 2022 in the beautiful surroundings of Ambleside, Cumbria, are the 22nd British and Irish Junior Mountain Running Championships.

Welsh Athletics are pleased to announce that a team of 4 U20 and 4 U17 athletes in each gender have been selected to represent Wales at the event.
