Represented Wales at numerous international competitions including two Commonwealth Games Kuala Lumper and Manchester.
Represented Great Britain at numerous international competitions including European Indoor Cup (Liepzig), European Indoor Championships (Vienna), World Indoor Championships (Birmingham) and World Championships (Paris).
Aspiration as a coach:
To use my skills and experience to support and nurture athletes, to help them maximise their full potential and reach/surpass their individual goals.
