This session will kick off with a quick tour of inclusive leadership; what it might look like for you and why it is so important. We will then start to explore the need to understand the self when shaping inclusive organisational cultures.
The session will stimulate your curiosity and fire you up for change, while offering some key take aways and tips to influence inclusive cultures in your organisations and social environments.
