Join Disability Sport Wales and its partners share experiences, ideas and expertise to influence inclusive cultural change in Wales.

This year's event is delivered with support from Wales & West Housing, Mid Wales Sport Partnership, Sport Wales and The National Lottery.

Topics have been curated to inspire meaningful change in the sport sector, as well as translate learning from the sport sector into useful advice and guidance for our business sector partners.

 


2026 Dylanwadu Learning Sessions

Learning sessions are split up into four time slots. Learn more about what sessions are on offer below.


 

First Quarter (10:30am - 11:15am): 

Delegates may choose to attend one of the following learning sessions:

 

Session 1: Driving Meaningful Disabled Representation in Media and Sport

Session 2: Valuing the 'voice' of living experience

Session 3: Inclusive Communication: Useful Phrases for Trilingual Coaching Resource

Session 4: Engaging with Regional Partnerships

 

Second Quarter (11:45am - 12:30pm)

Delegates may choose to attend one of the following learning sessions:

 

Session 5: Communicating Inclusion - Engaging Disabled Communities Through Comms and Branding

Session 6: Intersectional thinking

Session 7: From Athlete to Coach: The Missing Pathway for Disabled Coaches

Session 8: The Mid Wales Story: Unlocking Opportunity Through Collaboration

 

Third Quarter (1:45pm - 2:30pm)

Delegates may choose to attend one of the following learning sessions:

 

Session 9: Active Lives and Preventative Health

Session 10: Inspiring Impact - The insport Gold Journey and Partner Learning

Session 11: Inclusive volunteering

Session 12: Innovation in Action

 

Fourth Quarter (2:45am - 3:30pm)

Delegates may choose to attend one of the following learning sessions:

 

Session 13: Structured Networking

Session 14: Evaluation Frameworks for Inclusion
