Welsh Athletics Ltd AGM Preliminary Notice

The Annual General Meeting of Welsh Athletics Ltd will be held on the Saturday the 24th of October.
It is still hoped that a physical meeting will be possible, and if that is the case then it will take place at the Metropole Hotel, Llandrindod Wells, commencing at 1pm. In the event that social distancing restrictions prohibit such a meeting, then it will take place using a virtual format. We will aim to provide confirmation of this by the 42 day notice.
Clubs are reminded that they have until the 11th of September 2020 to confirm their company member. For those clubs who have yet to do this, a form can be found on the governance section of the Welsh Athletics website.
