CHOCOHOLICS 5KM RACE, 7TH APRIL
Aled Breeze of host club Maldwyn Harriers was a convincing winner at the Easter Friday Chocoholics 5km Race in Newtown with a time of 16:38.
Clubmate Madison Hughes was the winner of the women's race in 18:44.
BRISTOL TRACK CLUB 5KM RACES, 7TH APRIL
Jonathan Butler (Swansea Harriers) was the first Welsh Athlete home in sixth place at the Bristol Track Club 5km Races held at the Old Down Cycle Circuit in Bristol with a time of 14:30.
Olivia Tsim (Pontypridd Roadents) was the first Welsh Athlete in the women's race with a time of 17:03 in 10th place.
There were plenty of other Welsh Athlete's in action here.
JOE WALKER INVITATIONAL, 8TH APRIL
Amber Simpson (Wrexham AAC) threw 65.16 for fifth in the Women's Hammer Competition to fall just short of her recent Welsh record of 67.08.
Nia Clatworthy (Cardiff Athletics) ran a P.B. of 16:58.17 in the women's 5,000m and 4:40.83 over 1500m.
LLANDUDNO EASTER PROMENADE 5K, 8TH APRIL
Dion Griffith of Menai Track & Field won here in a time of 15:46 with Gemma Moore (Eryri Harriers) winning the Women’s race and also claiming the W35 title in 18:53.
TEIFI 10, 9TH APRIL
Owain Schiavone of Aberstwyth AC won the Teifi 10 Mile Race in Lampeter on Easter Sunday with a time of 56:32 with Lauren Cooper (Parc Bryn Bach RC) taking women’s race victory just outside the hour in 1:00:36.
