LCRC Handicap 10, 29 January

Les Croupiers Handicap 10 returned this weekend to Pontcanna Fields, Cardiff, a race with proud history that first took place in 1981 when the club was formed. An unusual race where all runners are given a handicap time depending on their recent performances and the aim is to try and beat it or come very close. Runners are all set off at different times depending on thier handicap. Zoe Watson (Les Croupiers RC) was the first over line, smashing her handicap by over 17 minutes completing the race in 1:30:11.

However, on the day the closest to thier given handcap time was Katie Beecher (Les Croupiers RC) who completed the race in 1:08:00, exactly matching her handicap.
