Welsh Senior Indoor Championships - NIAC, Cardiff - Saturday & Sunday 26 & 27th January
It was an action packed weekend at the Welsh Senior Indoor Championships, which incorporated a Combined Events International Match that saw some of Europe's top multi-event athletes descend on NIAC, Cardiff. The Welsh Championships provided a number of exciting finals, with some Welsh titles being won and lost by the finest of margins.

Lliswerry 8 - Newport - Sunday 27th January
Paul Graham (Pontypridd Roadents) and Emily Lagomarsino (San Domenico) were victorious at the Lliswerry 8 mile road race on Sunday morning. Full results can be found here
Hustopece Skeskakani Indoor Meeting - Czech Republic - Saturday 26th January
Cardiff's Jonathon Bailey jumped 2:00 metres in the Men's High Jump at the Hustopece Skeskakani meeting in the Czech Republic on Saturday
Vienna Indoor Classic - Austria - Saturday 26th January
Welsh 400m duo Owen Smith (Cardiff AAC) and Joe Brier (Swansea Harriers) opened up their indoor seasons in Vienna on Saturday. Owen clocked 47.30 in the 400m and 22.09 in the 200m, whilst Joe clocked 47.95 in the 400m and 21.92 in the 200m.
UW Invitational - Seattle, Washington - Saturday 26th January
Michael Ward (Cardiff AAC) produced an excellent performance to clock a new lifetime best of 7:57 and win the Men's 3,000m at the UW Invitational over the weekend.
