ENGLAND U20 / U17 / U15 INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS
It was a successful weekend for Welsh athletes at the England Age Grade Indoor Championships,.
Welsh sprint sensation Aliyah Ofolabi (Cardiff Archers) ran 7.64 to win the U15 60m and 24.64 to win the 200m.
Max Evans (Maldwyn Harriers) won the U15 Boy's event with a new PB of 22:43, a 0.97 margin of victory. Evans now ranks fourth all time UK in his age group.
Nell Desir (Cardiff Archers) clocked 7.52 for second in the U17 Women's 60m and followed up with second in the 200m in 24.80.
Aaron Tugwell (Cardiff Archers) stormed to a new P.B. over 60 in 6.93 to finish third in the U17 Men's 60m.
Joseph Berry (Newport Harriers) ran 21.72 to win the U17 Men's 200m, followed home in second by Aron Tugwell (Cardiff Archers) in 21.83.
Zico Jones (Shaftesbury Barnet) took first in the U17 Men's 400m.
Lilly Noble (Deeside AAC) picked up bronze in the Women's U17 60m hurdles, finishing with a time of 8.79, 1/10 of a second off the Welsh Record.
Jessica Lee (Carmarthen Harriers) was second in the U20 Women's Long Jump with a mark of 5.91m.
In the U17 Men's Triple Jump, Salem Kiambi Mbimu (Cardiff Athletics) took bronze with a new PB of 13.35m.
Olivia Scrimshaw (Deeside AAC) took gold in the U15 Girls long jump with a distance of 5.59.

ARMAGH INTERNATIONAL ROAD RACE, 9 FEBRUARY
Welsh athlete Cari Hughes (On Athletics Club) finished second missing out on the top spot by a second in the women's race in 9:03.
Competing for Wales, Angharad Davies (Carmarthen) placed just ahead of Charlotte Arter (Cardiff Athletics) with both timing 9:25 followed by Olivia Tsim (Pontypridd) 9:35 and Welsh U20 Moli Lyons (Cardiff Athletics) 10:00.
Jon Butler (Swansea Harriers) was the first athlete home in a PB of 14:20.
Welsh U20 Adam Barber (Harborough) clocked a PB time of 14:20 with Dafydd Jones finishing in a time of 14:42.
Armagh International Road Race Welsh Women's Team
JOHN H COLLINS GWENT CROSS COUNTRY LEAGUE,11 FEBRUARY
There were high profile winners at the fourth edition of the John H Collins Gwent Cross Country League at Margam Park on Saturday.
Dewi Griffiths (Swansea Harriers) warmed up for the Welsh Cross Country Championships with a win in the men's race and Olivia Tsim (Pontypridd) competed in her first Cross Country race in 10 years, claiming victory in the women's race.
In the junior races there were wins for NDP athlete Tristan Cumberland (Brecon AC) in the U17 men and RDP athletes Caitlin Jones (Neath Harriers) in the U17 Women and Clara Rhodes (Lliswerry Runners) in the U15 Women showed they are in good shape for Wednesday’s Welsh Schools Cross Country. In the U20 races, Cardiff Met Uni students Lloyd Shepperd-Brown (Cardiff Athletics) and Abbie White (Wells City Harriers) extended their series leads with race wins.

NICK BEER 10K, 12 FEBRUARY
The Nick Beer 10km starts and finishes on Llandudno Promenade, taking in a lap of the picturesque Victorian Seaside town and the Great Orme.
James Yarwood (Abergele Harriers) won the men's race in a time of 33:52. Eleesh Charnley of Cybi Striders won the women's race in 36:32.
VILLAGE BAKERY HALF MARATHON, 12 FEBRUARY
The Village Bakery Half Marathon was won by David Devine (Liverpool Harriers) in a time of 1:07:30. Harry Jones (Newport Harriers) was the first Welshman, finishing second overall in a P.B. of 1:07:43.
Rachel Hodgkinson (Liverpool Harriers) claimed the women's title in 1:16:32. Florence Roberts of Oswestry Olympians was the firet Welsh female in 1:23:06.
