Team Announcement - Schools' International Athletics Board Cross Country

Congratulations to the 40 athletes selected to represent the Welsh Schools’ Athletics Association at the Schools’ International Athletics Board (SIAB) Cross Country on Saturday 21 March 2026, Faenol Estate, Bangor, Wales.
SIAB cross is always a competition highlight for junior Welsh endurance athletes. For many athletes, this is their first Welsh representative opportunity, and for all is an early high performance opportunity in a hopefully long and successful athletics career. I want to congratulate everyone selected, with them best of luck with their final preparations for the competition, and I look forward to seeing you compete in North Wales. For those who have missed out on selection this time, there are plenty more opportunities ahead, so please use this as motivation to continue to progress.
