Schools Games National Final - Welsh Dragons Team Announcement

A strong Welsh team of 17 athletes has been selected to represent the Welsh Dragons at the upcoming School Games National Finals taking place at Loughborough University on the 3-5 September.
Team Lead, Tony John when asked about the upcoming competition said:
In just over five weeks, the School Games National Finals 2026 will get underway at Loughborough University on 3rd-5th September with an exciting field of talented young athletes selected for their region. In a new format for the event the Welsh athletes will compete for a regionalised team - the ‘Welsh Dragons’. Under this new format it is our intention to make these Welsh Dragons roar in what is going to be a highly competitive games.
