Podium 5km : Team Announcement

The Asics Home Nations 5k will take place on a fast multi-lap course in Bute Park on Saturday 20th August. This new event is organised by Podium 5k, Sportsshoes and Welsh Athletics and is set to be a night of fast racing, with team and individual places on the podium up for grabs.
Selection for the Welsh Athletics team has taken place. A big congratulations to all who have been selected.
