BMC Endurance Training Day

This Saturday 2nd April there is a BMC (British Milers Club) training day at Merthyr Mawr sand dunes. The session is being taken by James Thie and Steve Mitchell.
For those who have not been before, Merthyr Mawr is a fantastic location for training, with the biggest sand dunes in the UK and 2nd biggest in Europe. The full training day is from 10:30 to 16:30. However if unable to make the full day you can come to different sections of the day.
The outline for the day is as follows:
10:30-12:30 Dune session (CF32 0LR)
13:00-15:00 Free lunch and training chat (Bridgend AC CF31 4AD)
15:00-16:00 Drills session (Bridgend AC CF31 4AD)
16:00-16:30 Optional 2nd run on grass fields at Newbridge Field
