“I would like to say a big well done to all the Regional and National Development Programme athletes who took part in the 2k Battle of the Regions. The results demonstrate that despite the challenges faced by young athletes they are still training well and are able to deliver fantastic performances. Thank you to the 4 Regional Endurance Coordinators and the Welsh Athletics Competitions Team for their tireless help in setting up and managing the event"
