ALL athletes must bring their own throwing equipment
6pm Start = Discus & Shot Put. Max 10 per event
7pm Start = Hammer & Javelin. Max 10 per event
Entry fee £8.50 per event
Entries Close Sunday 28th May 23:59, or when entries have reached their limit
