Competition Equipment Hire
Welsh Athletics is delighted to offer race organisers the opportunity to hire Competition Equipment in order to enhance the delivery of their events.
The details of the equipment available for hire can be found below:
Track & Field Equipment (These fees are from 1st December 2023)

| Module Clock (2 units max available) | £150 |
| Field Countdown Clock (5 units max available)** | £25 |
| Field Wind Gauge (2 units max available) | £25 |
| MiPro Speaker (4 units max available)** | £15 |
| Weighing Scales | £30 |
*Please note, the prices shown above are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the final invoice.
ALL items marked with ** have equipment that will require overnight charging.
Photofinish kit will also include power and data cables if required.
All equipment is to be collected and returned by the host organisers.
All items must be stored overnight safely and securely.
Should you wish to hire any of the above equipment, please complete the online booking form no later than 6 weeks before the date required.
Chip Timing Equipment
We are also delighted to now be able to offer Chip Timing for off-track events (MyLaps disposable BibTag system). For a quote for your event, please complete our enquiry form, and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible.
Please note that a minimum notice time of 6 weeks is applicable.
