ALL EVENTS TAKING PLACE IN THIS MEETING MIRROR THE 16TH JULY INTER REGIONALS
BOTH REGIONS HAVE DECIDED ONLY TO RUN/ORGANISE EVENTS THAT ARE TAKING PLACE IN JULY
THE INTER REGIONAL T&F CHAMPIONSHIPS NOW RUN UNDER THE WELSH REGIONS NOT WELSH ATHLETICS

Age Groups U15, U17, U20 & Senior.

EVENT INFORMATION

REGISTRATION: ALL athletes are asked to register at least 90 minutes prior to their first event.
TRACK EVENTS: Athletes are required to report 10 minutes before the race start or sooner to the Starters Assistant.
FILED EVENTS: Athletes to report to all field events 30 minutes before the event start for warm up, except for High Jump and Pole Vault, ALL athletes in these events need to report 45 minutes before the event start.
PERSONAL IMPLEMENTS: ALL athletes implements are to be checked by the Technical Manager one hour before the event, he/she will be found under the main stand.

CAR PARKING: Please park next to the track where there are now limited spaces with the Transport For Wales groundwork, if you park in the Leisure Centre or the school area you will have to pay a pay and display fee.
PRESENTATIONS: These will be made throughout the day.
