The course starts and finishes on Broad Haven Beach. The course takes runners North up Haroldston Hill, in a circular clockwise loop on the coast road, right onto Leys Lane, right onto Long Lane, back into Broad Haven, through the YHA car park, and back onto the beach. The course is approximately 10km.
