U17 Men + U17 Women                must be born on or between 01.09.02 to 31.08.04          10 + 11                                                                       3

U20 Men + U20 Women                must be born on or between 01.01.00 to 31.08.02          12, 13 & 14 if DOB after 31.12.99                         5

All age group Race Walks will take place in the South & East joint event in Aberdare.

THIS IS A CLOSED CHAMPIONSHIP FOR WEST WALES ATHLETES ONLY IN THE U13, U15 & U17 AGE GROUPS

Athletes must have one of the following qualifications:

A: - Birth; the athlete having been born in West Wales (Dyfed or West Glamorgan).

B: - Residence; a minimum of 9 months continuous residence in West Wales immediately prior to this event.

An athlete who has competed in a Regional Championship or represented a Region in an inter-regional event
may not compete in the championships of, nor represent another region, in the same year of competition.

No U13 or U15 athlete is allowed to compete in more than one race between 600 metres and one mile inclusive on the same day.”

AWARDS: Medals to the top 3 in each event and age group (Excluding U20 & Senior Open Athletes)

VESTS: Athletes must wear either their club, school, regional or National vest.

ENTRY FEES: £4 per event.

CLOSING DATE: 5pm Wednesday 1st May 2019.

LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED & STRICTLY NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY
