- 12:45 Under 17 Born 2006 & 2007 & Under 20 Born 2003, 2004 & 2005 - 5.75km/255m
This race also acts as the trial race for the Welsh team at the British and Irish Junior Mountain Running Championships on Saturday 3rd September. The selection policy for this can be found here.

Postcode LL24 0AL will direct you to St Michael’s Church, a road forms a half-circle around the Church, walk around to the back of the Church and look for the signs posted for Llyn Elsi, head through the track barrier and go up the steep track for 100m, event start, and finish area will be in the field on the left. On the day entries will be permitted. NOTE: Entries on the day will not be eligible for the Welsh Athletics Junior Mountain Running Championships.
