Competitions

A 10K road race starting and finishing on the Treforest Industrial Estate, looping via Gwaelod-y-Garth and Taffs Well.
The course is undulating through the first half whilst the second half is flat to the finish.

2018 will be the 6th year of this popular event.

The course is well marshalled and signposted and is suitable for runners all abilities.

Minimum age on race day is 16 years.

Prizes:
First 3 men and women
1st male – under 23, senior, V40, V50, V60, V70
1st female – under 23, senior, V35, V45, V55, V65
Team Prizes – first male team of 3, first female team of 3

For the first time we are introducing cash prizes for the top 3 as follows:
1st male & female – £50
2nd male & female – £25
3rd male & female – £15
There is also an additional £25 up for grabs for anyone who can break the course record.
