Unfortunately, the 2021 Llandudno 5k Promenade Dash fell victim to the Covid pandemic and we were forced, for the second successive year, to cancel the race. 

 

However, we are excited and delighted to confirm that we will be hosting this race after a two-year absence due to the Covid pandemic.  The 2022 dates for this popular race have finally been confirmed...  The Llandudno Easter 5k Promenade Dash is finally set to return this Easter and we can't wait to see you all there! 

This fast and flat 5k Promenade Dash is now firmly established on the local running calendar. As always, there will be Easter eggs and other seasonal goodies on offer, plus a medal waiting for you at the finish. 

The route uses an accurately measured fast and flat out and back course along the Llandudno Promenade. It's suitable for experienced runners and beginners alike; for the more experienced, it's a good chance to record a PB, and for beginners it's a nice, flat introduction to 5km races. The event also includes a short children’s race. 

New for 2022 - Chip timing for Children's race. 

The race will be supporting local charities.
