RACE DESCRIPTION
A series of four 2 lap running races. Each race is a total of 4 miles long (2 miles per lap) starting and finishing in the village of Redwick. The race is organised from the Village Hall. Parking is provided on a field near to the hall and is supervised by a team of marshals. The races are licensed by Welsh Athletics. After each race, a prize-giving is held in the Village Hall. The bar at the Rose Inn pub next door is available for runners to purchase refreshments after the race. The races are marshalled at every road junction and at the start and finish. A single water station is available at the finish area (which is also passed once during the race). St John Ambulance provides level 1 First Aid cover.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Entries close at 12:00 on the day.
- Number collection from 18:00; start at 19:30.
- There is plenty of off road parking, please follow the marshal’s directions. Do not park on the roads!
