Ras yr Hafod is an evening race that will run over a hilly two lap course within the historic Hafod Estate. The runners and walkers will follow forest tracks and footpaths and cross fields on a route that will take them across the Alpine Bridge, along the Ystwyth River and past the Peiran Falls, ascending up through the forest to Hafod Church before descending again through the fields and back to the start line.
