Start time: 5km at 11:30am, 10km at 12 noon
Venue: Village Hall and recreation ground, Llanddewi Brefi, Tregaron, Ceredigion
Distance: 10km, 5km, 4km, 3km and 2km
Description: 'out and back' road running races following an undulating course on quiet & scenic rural roads. 10K race for over 15's starts 12pm. 5K race for over 15's starts 12:15pm. 2, 3, 4 & 5K Junior races on closed roads start at 11:30.
